"Finding a gardener is a challenge and we feel very fortunate to have Gared and Sami caring for our property for the last year and a half. They understand organic methods, are master pruners – our roses have never bloomed like they have this year. They thin our apples, take care of all the maintenance on the place and care for the date palm which was planted when my daughter was born. We have quite a large eclectic garden with tropicals, fruit trees, a very old Canary Island Date Palm which requires special pruning several times a year, lots of rose bushes, native plants and a vegetable plot. Not to mention various bamboo plants and succulents. There have been no chemicals or pesticides used on this property for 35 years.
The average guys who drive up in a truck with a blower and mower do not have the expertise or the knowledge to care for our garden. What I like best about Gared and Sami is their genuine feel for plants and the soil. Also they understand how important it is to have the proper balance of companion plants and special bugs and insects in an organic garden. They are always smiling, work harder than anyone could ask, are sweet with my Granddaughter, who adores them, and generally makes both garden and family feel happy.
They can do anything you need in your garden too – from sculptures to sprinkler systems to building planter boxes. I have yet to ask them to do anything they can’t handle. If there is anything at all about which they are the least uncertain, they research it and get back to me, which makes me feel even more confident in their abilities. I give them the very highest recommendation."
